Nike's RISE Basketball Campaign
Blast Off has partnered with Nike and AKQA to curate original music for RISE — a reality show that taps into the passion of aspiring young basketball players in Greater China.
Blast Off re-envisioned and co-produced new versions of original music from Seattle independent musicians Sol, Teal Douville and Big Chocolate to create the theme song for RISE, "Higher", as well as multiple soundscapes for the soundtrack of the series. The music is featured predominantly throughout the reality show, as Nike stars Kobe Bryant and LeBron James mentor and coach Chinese hoopers on the world's first LED basketball court, The House Of Mamba.
